Through our Public Sector Programme several Norwegian directorates and control authorities, have joined together with Exie, initiating a joint effort in terms of experience and knowledge exchange and common solutions for overall performance management., the companies have compared processes and found best practices for both processes and IT support through the use of:

• Project and portfolio management with risk management

• Service and production management through balanced scorecards

• Balanced Scorecard, i.e. management of performance indicators, with discrepancy management and risk management
