Trond Berger
Chairman

Trond Berger has been the CFO Executive vice president Schibsted ASA since 1999 and is in charge of these business areas: finance, treasury, Investor Relations, Merger and Acquisition legal and IT.

Trond Berger previously was Investment Director with Stormbull (1998). He is a former executive vice president (CFO) of Nycomed ASA and executive vice president in charge of strategy and business development in Nycomed Amersham (1997-98). He was a partner in the firm of Arthur Andersen from 1981-92. Berger is the chairman of the boards of Schibsted Trykk AS and Schibsted Eiendom. He is also a board director of several Schibsted subsidiaries. Berger is a State Authorised Public Accountant (1984), has a Master’s degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and graduated from the Norwegian Armed Forces’ officer candidate school (1977).

Bjarne Sørum

Bjarne Sørum is the CTO of Banqsoft, a leading provider of software solutions for the effective management of financial products.

Bjarne has a background as Director of Business development at Ocelluz and Executive director of R&D / CTO at Software Innovation, and he has in-depth experience from the Performance Management industry from his role as Director of Development at BEST Beslutningstøtte AS.

Bjarne has studied Computer Sciences at University of California, Santa Barbara, and NHI, and he is a graduate from the Norwegian Armed Forces’ Officer Candidate School.

Jan Ludolph Andersen

Andersen currently holds the position as CEO of Coremine AS, a consulting company within business development, strategy development and process consulting. He has previously worked as an Associate Partner for UtviklingsPartner DA and for Nordic Consulting Group AS. He has also worked as CFO for AS Noremco Construction and as a Consultant and Auditor for Ernst & Young AS. He has extensive board member experience. Andersen holds a MBA and a CPA degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration as well as SND/BI course in Corporate Governance.

Anders Thuve

Anders Thuve is a partner at Verdane Capital, Exies main owner. Thuve has worked for Verdane Capital since 2003 after they acquired SND Invest. He has previously worked as Director of investment for Stormbull AS and has wide experience from industry and service related industries in addition to Board experience.

Erlend Bruvik
Erlend Bruvik is owner of Aston Holding AS, a private investment company.

Erlend Bruvik was previously COB of Elprice AS which he founded in 2000 and sold in 2008 and COB of Stocknet – Aston securities ASA which he founded in 1999 and sold in 2004. Previous to this, Bruvik founded the IT consultancy company Aston Technology AS in 1995 after 3 years as a system consultant at Accenture.

Erlend Bruvik has a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
