Kjetil Hopland
Chief Executive Officer

Kjetil joined Exie as a delivery consultant in 2002 and has in-depth knowledge and experience in balanced scorecard, budgeting, planning and forecasting methodologies. Kjetil has been in charge of building numerous exie solutions for both private and public sector customers. Prior to joining Exie, Kjetil worked nine years for the Municipality of Oslo in various finance and HR roles.

Kristine Høst-Verbraak
Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Kristine Høst-Verbraak joined Exie in September 2006. She has fifteen years experience from International Product Marketing Management in the Software industry and worked six years for Reuters Group Ltd. in the UK and US. She has since worked internationally for Telenor Mobile, Ergo Group and Norway Post. Kristine holds an Honours degree in Management Sciences from UMIST (University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology) and is a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.

Leif Størmer
Chief Financial Officer

Leif Størmer has been the CFO of Exie since 2000. Prior to this, he was the Area Engineering Manager for the NOK 5 billion project Troll C, for the engineering company Umoe Technology where he also had different coordination and management roles in the NOK 5 billion Heidrun project. Leif is a Civil Engineer from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Jørn Heigum
Chief Technology Officer

Jørn Heigum joined Exie as a System Architect in 2004, and in 2005 he was promoted to Director of Technology and is now leading Product Development. He has previously worked as a System Architect for AHold European Merchandising Suite, which is one of the largest Java projects undertaken in Europe to date. He has also worked as a Java developer for Cell Network (later Bouvet). Jørn has a Bacholor in High Frequency Electronics and a Mtech (Hons.) in Distributed Systems from Brunel University, London.
