What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers Exie AS treatment of personally identifiable information that Exie As collects when you are on the Exie website, and when you use Exie AS services.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Exie AS does not own or control, or to people that Exie AS does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

Exie AS collects personally identifying information when you register on the Exie AS website and when you enter promotions and sweepstakes.
When you register on the Exie AS website, we ask for your name, email address, company and possition. Once you register on the Exie AS website you are not anonymous to us.
Exie AS also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address,  and the page you requested.
Exie AS uses information for three general purposes: to fulfill your requests for certain information, participation in seminars and the like, and to contact you about similar events to those you have registered for and for customer feedback.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Exie AS will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Exie AS may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

• We have your consent to share the information;
• We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
• We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Exie AS to provide a product or service to you; (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, any legitimate request by authorities with which we must comply or legal process.
• Exie AS may transfer information about you if Exie AS acquires, or is acquired by or merged with, another company. In this event, Exie AS will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Exie AS may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our web pages.
